SCHEME DESIGN
According to the Design Drawing provided by the client and the contractor, combined with the manufacturing process of the factory and the actual situation of the site, we provide detail quotation documents. After confirmation by the client, we provide complete Shop Drawing, necessary BD Drawing, structural Calculation report in accordance with the corresponding laws and signed by "RSE" for review.
BIM (Building Information Modelling) COORDINATOR
Our BIM service team effectively calculate the quantity of structural materials and architectural finishes through the use of 3D BIM models in governmental projects.
DETAIL DESIGN
We make statistics and prepare materials according to the approved Shop Drawing. With the method of combining two-dimensional plane and three-dimensional modeling flexibly, We decompose the Shop Drawing into component drawings, part drawings, layout drawings and location numbering drawings. We distribute them to the factory and site construction respectively, at the same time, we prepare detailed material list as the basis of project settlement.
WORKSHOP
My Land owns a workshop of Steel & Metal Work, Stainless Steel & Aluminum Products in China.
TAILOR-MADE ALUMINUM CLADDING WORKS
We design, explore and mass- produce tailor made aluminum cladding system, and GRG (Glass-Reinforced Gypsum) products with laser cutting, rolling, etching process, etc technology, and installation.
STRUCTURAL STEEL & METAL WORKS
We provide Hot-dip galvanized H-beam, Steel structural products, hot-dip galvanized plates, heavy steel structure fabrication, railing, galvanized Angle Steel, universal beams and column, EN10210-2006 circular hollow sections, etc. We also offer service of CNC & Steel plate laser cutting, stainless steel cutting and folding, stainless steel circle rolling, stainless steel etching process, stainless steel sawing machine cutting, nondestructive testing, packaging and transportation, etc.
STAINLESS STEEL FABRICATION PRODUCTS
My Land also produces stainless steel products such as Fire house reel, Manhole cover, MTR fire house reel, Stainless steel handrail, CLP/WSD stainless steel cat ladder, Stainless steel bollard, park bench, etc.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
In order to deliver our products ASAP to Hong Kong and Worldwide, we offer steel structure & stainless steel product transportation services, include both for ocean shipping & inland transport.
INSTALLATION WORKS
Fabricating aluminum products, stainless steel, steel structure by experienced engineering team and construction working team. Our construction management is essentially in charge of supervising and directing operations within a construction project.
REAL STONE WORKS
Providing and furnishing aesthetic real stone with our proud technology - laser cutting, grinding, etching, sanding, polishing, etc. We are please to provide free samples for review.
